Forecasting of Komi Republic’s standards of living by correlation and regression analysis

This article describes the process of forecasting the Komi Republic’s standards of living by correlation and regression analysis by using «Excel». The models of simple and multiple linear regression are considered. The calculation of point and interval forecasts of endogenous indicator is described. The outcome of forecasting is determined in comparison with actual data.
