Forecast evaluation of the state of health of pre-pension age workers of the mining and processing company

The prevalence of the main nosological forms and the number of diagnoses among employees of JSC "Lebedinsky GOK" were analyzed to build a predictive model of the health status of employees in the event that they continue their labor activity in the same working conditions until they reach retirement age as the main criteria. Revealed a significant increase in the number of workers with 3 or more chronic diseases with age. It is concluded that an increase in the working age will lead to a decrease in the number of healthy workers and an increase in the number of sick leaves.
