In present the scheme of management, applied at process of ethylene polymerization has the following lacks: the product yield decreases, electric power consumptions raise, the risk of emergencies increases. Work purpose: development the system of monitoring of possible emergencies with the use of forecasting models. It is received that the horizon of the forecast is equal to three minutes that at a quick reaction of the personnel it is enough for entering of adjustments into management of process for prevention of emergencies and decrease in production costs.
