The article describes a popular method of fitness exercises aimed at stretching the whole body. When using this group of exercises reduces the risk of injury training, improves endurance and range of motion. 5 main types of stretching are described. The program combining all 5 types of this fitness direction is developed. It is stated that to achieve better results it is necessary to focus outside the sports hall.
