The article is devoted to an important topic - the problems of mentoring at the municipal office. The undoubted scientific novelty of this research is the development of adaptation programs of municipal employees. Proposed by the author mentoring program at the municipal office will improve the efficiency of the administration of the city of Ulan- Ude, through an integrated program of adaptation of new employees using a tool of adaptation and training of new employees.
