Program of early diagnosis of the prostate cancer and necessary economic expenditures for its performing on the example of the Altai region

Methods of increasing efficacy early diagnosis of prostate cancer and calculation of economic expenditures on realization of this program on the example of Altai region are presented in the article. The program of early diagnosis of cancer of prostate has been developed. Sensitivity of the offered program of screening is 97% and specificity is 94%. Economic calculation of the offered program for the Altai region was performed. Annual expenses for performing the program of screening were 148 579 354 roubles. Expenses for introduction of this program made up 31 855 280 roubles.
