The program of development of the «green economy» within the framework of the implementation of the national project «Ecology» in the conditions of sanctions

This article discusses the prospects for the development of the «green economy» and the national project «Ecology» within the framework of its main highly specialized federal projects, such as: «Introduction of the best available technologies», «Clean Air», «Integrated Solid Municipal Waste Management System» and «Clean Water». In the course of the study, the authors presented analytical materials and data on the submitted federal projects, their implementation for the period 2019-2024 and additionally until 2026. The implementation of these projects will allow the introduction of modern best available technologies, improve the quality of drinking water in the regions of Russia, modernize water supply systems, improve recycling, waste disposal, etc. All this will generally improve the quality of life of Russians.
