The educational program as a tool for organizing the educational process in a professional educational organization

The article substantiates the author’s hypothesis that the educational process in a professional educational organization (hereinafter referred to as PEO) is organized successfully if the working program of upbringing is implemented in the following organizational and pedagogical conditions: the socio-educational environment of PEO is built in accordance with the project methodology; the educational process is organized in accordance with the federal state educational standard of secondary vocational education (hereinafter referred to as the FSES SVE), which provides for the formation of relevant competencies among students; PEO teams are ready to implement the upbringing process in the face of permanent challenges in accordance with modern targets using modern tools and technologies. Verification of the author’s hypothesis is carried out on the basis of many years of research on the state of the upbringing process in the PEO of the Chelyabinsk region, taking into account the results of the functioning of regional innovation platforms in the system of vocational education.
