Program implementation of the method of extracting knowledge "thoughts everyone"

In this paper, all the steps that need to be implemented on the way to obtaining a software system - the computer implementation of the method of extracting knowledge "Thoughts out loud" - were described in detail. In the future, this application can be used to assess the statements of experts and their competence.
