Software implementation of fuzzy-multiple models for a comprehensive assessment of the dynamics of the financial and economic state of the industry

The purpose of this study is the design and software implementation of fuzzy-multiple algorithms for a comprehensive assessment of the financial and economic state of enterprises based on a group of indicators: “profit”, “tax payments”, “insurance”. To implement the program of financial and economic analysis of the industry, a three-level hierarchical model was used, the advantage of which is the isolation and independence of each level. High-level system architecture design is based on the unified modeling language UML (unified modeling language). The practical novelty of the created software is to create an interface for importing initial analytical data obtained as a result of scaling open Internet sources (testfirm, audit-it); the formation of complex fuzzy-multiple assessments in the context of groups of enterprises for individual indicators, the dynamics of development of individual groups of enterprises and the industry as a whole. Using the developed software package, a comprehensive assessment of the dynamics of the development of the IT industry in the Rostov region was carried out based on the group of indicators: “profit, “taxes”, “social insurance”.
