Software and hardware implementation of a walk-through camera

The article describes the software and hardware implementation of a through camera for specific packages of integrated circuits, in order to automate the measurement and control of parameters of integrated circuits. The relevance of this study is not in doubt, since developers need to automate this process. IC test automation is able to measure more samples in the shortest time and at the lowest cost.
