Program and target planning of housing policy for supporting the personnel of innovative industries in the region

The possibility of ensuring the innovative development of the region using housing tools to attract qualified personnel in innovative industries is being considered. The study is based on the improvement of program-targeted methods for managing housing and innovation policies, suggestions are made to include models of inter-program approvals into the methodology of program-target planning for the formation and implementation of tasks of housing and innovation programs. It is concluded that the proposals made allow us to fully ensure the innovative production of the region with the required qualified personnel.
