Programmno-target regulation региональной economic: experience of application in Republic Mordovia

An increase in role and place of the specific-program methods of administration or government control of the economy determines the development of special-purpose complex programs for social and economic development of every territory. The use of special-purpose programs as the flexible method of the state long-term economic policy realization, which makes it possible to facilitate the budget formation, to provide for the succession of budgetary and economic policy over the medium-term period is based in the article. The critical appraisal of specific-program paper «Strategie of the social and economic development of the Republic of Mordovia to 2025», worked out by the St. Petersburg Center of Strategic Developments «Northwest», is given as well.
