Programmatic and special management of social and economic development of the region

Brief description of contensive structure of programme for social and economic development of the Volgograd Region is presented. Financing sources of measures, determined by the Programme, are also presented here. Through the system of achieved and forecasted indices the presence of significant anti-inertial potential of programmatic and special approach to regional development management is proved.
