The management by objective of territorial development: marketing approach

The author presents an original model of territorial development by means of management by objective (MBO) on the basis of marketing approach to its functioning. The proposed model includes a methodology of effective management of territorial planning (based on combination of the conceptions of territorial marketing and relationship marketing), and methodological support of this process on the basis of one of the flexible management tools - benchmarking. The given model is advantageous for theorist and specialists of state administration.
