Program-target approach to management in Russia and abroad

The article examines the Russian and foreign experience of implementing the program-target method of budget planning. A program-targeted approach has been explored in developed countries such as the USA, Japan and France. Effective approaches to the implementation of the program-target method abroad and the feasibility of implementing these methods in Russia were also identified.
