The technique for making the program of controlling the Ilizarov fixator is considered. As an example the formulae of lengthening of a limb segment with simultaneous correction of its deformity have been obtained which are pertinent for calculation realizing with a personal computer. A computer program has been made according to the results of studies. This program allows to obtain the plan of the fixator controlling taking into consideration different strategies concerning distraction amount and division. Periods and outcomes of treatment can be predicted.
