A programmatic approach in the activities of the territorial bodies of internal affairs of the Russian Federation

The purpose of this article is to consider legal acts and conceptual documents defining the order and trends of scientific and legal support for various areas of official activity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation as a multidimensional system implemented using programmatic methods. The quality of managerial influence on performance is significantly improved if program-targeted methods are used taking into account a qualified approach to them.
