Production function of Russian economy in regard to infrastructure for 1990-2019

The article examines the production function of the national economy in 1990-2019. It is shown that in these years the elasticity of the country’s GDP in terms of infrastructure decreased. The authors believe that the decline in the role of infrastructure occurred due to both a very low rate of economic growth and a decrease in the volume of capital investments in the transport and communications industry; to eliminate this, it is necessary to increase the rate of economic growth and the volume of capital investments in infrastructure bottlenecks.
