Production organization as organizational activity (functions) and organism (form)

The essence of the concept of "organization" is overviewed in the article. The definition of the term "organization" in different management schools and the components or subsystems of industrial organizations (enterprises) as a complex socio-technical system are defined. The conditions and the need of organizations to implement the complex task of joint activities of people and two aspects of an enterprise - functional and structural are highlighted in the article.
