The production of the cedar yogurt from Siberian cedar pine seeds

The research results on the development of the technological process of the cedar yogurt production using the functional filler in the form of cedar cream from Siberian cedar pine seeds is considered in the article. The obtained results allow to design the line providing all cedar yogurt production stages.
