This implies the introduction ofmeasures of various state supports of producers and consumers, advertisement of the use of ecologicaltechnologies and a healthy way of life.It is shown that the sustainability of the agricultural development provided by the presence ofeffective demand for agricultural production implies the redirection of the volumes of production forexport, supplies into the regions of Russia and also the provision of regional food security. Thisimplies the creation of the conditions for a gradual transfer to a technology intensive regional Foodnetmarket. The authors analyzed the markets of the regions of the Southern federal district (withoutSevastopol and the republic of Crimea) from the point of view of the consumption of agriculturalproducts. The food types for which it is reasonable to transfer to an organic production are defined. It is founded that a transfer to the production of organic food staff will take place first in themost fully completed positions of goods. At the same time the key problem remains the task of thecreation of a favourable institutional, infrastructural and financial environment, providing the productionaccessibility of organic technologies for agrarians and organic products for consumers.
