Proceedings in cases of administrative offenses in the field of public order violations in subjects of the Russian Federation

The article considers the problem of administrative offenses in the field of public order. The features of administrative responsibility for the commission of these offenses are analyzed. The list of administrative offenses, which can be attributed solely to public order and public safety, is identified, as well as problems associated with the consideration of cases of this category are identified.
