Cytolytic manifestation syndrome in trematodosis and their associations of bulls

Бесплатный доступ

Cytolytic syndrome is caused by damage to the structure of hepatocytes as a result of changes in the permeability of plasma membranes from exposure to helminths. Trematodes providing mechanical and toxic effects on the structure of the liver cells of animals at the аssociation of fascioliasis and dicroceliasis lead to a breach - girder structure, accompanied by a more pronounced cytotoxic effect. It manifests itself in chronic mikstinvazii increasing activity of ALT, AST and alkaline phosphatase at 89,62 %, 75,53 % and 5,75 % respectively.
