Manifestation of person-oriented and status-oriented discourses in Russian proverbs

The article is devoted of the communicative and pragmatic organization of Russian proverbs in a text / discourse of the work of art, through the description of four communicative spaces. The principle of proverbs’ formation in accordance with the structure of the identified communication spaces is shown, together with the peculiarity of the internal organization of each of the communication spaces, and the pragmatic and communicative properties of these proverbs. In the course of the analysis, the author revealed not only the principle of the proverbs’ classification, but also their correspondence to person-oriented and status-oriented discourses.
