The public prosecution service as the main guarantor of legality in the system of state authority bodies

The article is dedicated to the problem of determination of the legal status of the bodies of the public prosecution office, establishing the prosecution service as the main guarantor of legality in system of the state authority bodies, designated to enforce legality in the Russian Federation. Common and distinctive features in activities of public authorities and the prosecution service directed on law enforcement are revealed. Offers on legislation enhancement for due securing of the legal status of bodies of public prosecution office are given.
