The prosecutor as a representative of the state in the arbitration process of the Russian Federation

There have been disputes in the scientific community for a long time regarding the status of the prosecutor in the arbitration process of the Russian Federation. This article analyzes the role of the prosecutor as a representative of the state in the arbitration process of the Russian Federation, the functions and powers of the prosecutor in the context of arbitration disputes, and also examines the impact of his participation on the effective protection of the interests of the state in the framework of arbitration justice. The paper examines the relevant legislative acts, norms and judicial practice that determine the status and competence of the prosecutor in arbitration procedures. In conclusion, the article presents key conclusions and recommendations aimed at improving the role of the prosecutor as a representative of the state in the arbitration process of the Russian Federation.
