Public prosecutor's supervision as an administrative legal method of protection of the housing rights

The article states the necessity of distinguishing of the terms ‘control’ and ‘supervision’ in the legal literature and considers principle differences between the concepts. The author formulates an original definition of the public prosecutor’s supervision over observance and accurate application of the laws regarding housing rights and discusses main types of the supervision activities in this area. Basing upon the undertaken research the author proposes to provide legislative frameworks for regulations of the housing rights by means of the prosecutor's supervision.
