The authors specify the characteristics of the legislation implemented to the juvenile suspects (accused), securing their rights and legitimate interests, as supervised by the prosecutor. The prosecutor's powers to eliminate juvenile rights' infringement made during the preliminary investigation of juvenile crimes are analysed.
