Prosecutor's supervision in the field of allocation of the criminal case and the materials of the criminal case at the stage of preliminary investigation

This article discusses the concept of "prosecutorial supervision", as well as the subject of supervision over the execution of laws by bodies conducting preliminary investigations. The article deals with problematic issues related to the allocation of criminal cases and materials. In particular, the question of the need for a legal and factual justification by the investigator (inquirer) of his decision. The possibility of appealing an unlawful decision on allocation to the prosecutor exercising supervision is considered.
