Prosecutor's supervision of purchases to ensure state and municipal management

This article deals with the prosecutor's office as a law enforcement entity exercising control and supervisory functions over the implementation of legislation and fundamental rights and freedoms of citizens of the Russian Federation in the field of procurement. The stages of the procurement cycle, as well as the functions of the prosecutor's office to successfully meet the needs of state and municipal institutions of power are disclosed. The types of offenses, to which the prosecutor's office must immediately respond, have been revealed. At the end of the scientific work is summarized, systematizing measures to prevent offenses on the basis of normative legal acts of the Russian Federation.
