The article provides a comparative and theoretical analysis of criminal craft as a kind of plurality of crimes. The paper reviews the approaches to understanding this category in the domestic criminal law doctrine. The authors present a definition of the criminal craft that should be captured in the General Part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
