Industrial policy of industrial developed regions of the russian federation: new reality

The article analyzes the current situation in industry and assesses the effectiveness of the implementation of state industrial policy during a pandemic. Various theoretical approaches to the content of industrial policy, trends in world industrial development and the impact of the pandemic on the regions of the Urals with various industrial specializations are considered. The results of the study are recommendations to government authorities to ensure recovery growth in industry.
