Industrial policy under resource curse: between Scylla and Charybdis

In this article the necessity and possibility of conducting the industrial policy under resource curse is analyzed. Resourse curse is regarded as a situation when under certain circumstances a long term economical growth of resoursed countries slows down. It is shown that under resource curse the theoretical foundations of industrial policy get stronger while the possibility of its effective use decreases.
