The past and the present of "the scouts of the future"

The article is devoted to the problems of labour activity of the youth in the industrial society of the scientific and technical progress epoch. The initiation of the movement to communistic relation to labour among working youth is described. The activities of youth collectives of industrial enterprises aimed at the expansion of the movement are characterised. Reasons of the crisis of the movement and of udarniks of the communist labour are analysed; historical evaluation of the movement is given.
