Prosodic aspect of the speech of the educational organization of the MIA of Russia

The article is devoted to certain aspects of speech intonation, appropriate for a public speech in front of an audience of a teacher of an educational organization of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Specifying some linguistic features of the construction of speech and its communication by the teacher to the students, the author draws attention to the prosodic side of the speech impact and the importance of instilling similar skills in cadets and listeners as future leaders of service teams in the system of domestic internal affairs bodies.
