Spatial differentiation of prices in the regions of the Russian Federation

The article presents the analysis of the spatial differentiation of prices in the regions of the Russian Federation. The author describes the dynamics of variation of the price of regions and reviews the available scientific papers on the subject. On the basis of panel data that were received between 2006-2013 he approves the hypotheses concerning the effect of the price index that was described in Dixit-Stiglitz-Krugman.
