The dynamics on migration processes in the JAR for the period of 2003-2008 is analyzed in the article. It is revealed two stages of the migration processes in the autonomy. The basic federal districts of arrival and departure have been determined. We have calculated the factors of intensity and effectiveness of the JAR migratory relations with other subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District. The regions with a high and low intensity of migratory ties have been defined.
