Spatial distribution of bone-carving waste in the okolny city of Suzdal (based on the 2011-2017 excavation materials)

His paper has attempted to conduct the analysis of spatial distribution of the finds related to medieval bone-carving waste collected by examining the finds from the excavation trenches at Ul. Lenina, 76; Ul. Lenina, 82; Ul. Teremki, 12; Ul. Torgovaya Ploshchad, 20 in the town of Suzdal, Vladimir region, in 2011-2017. The analysis focuses on the total number of the finds, their composition, location (in the cultural deposit / dwelling or structure infill) and chronology. The paper also provides general characteristics of the fill in large medieval foundation pits containing the greatest number of discovered sawn bone and antler.
