Education of indigenous peoples of the Volga region in the 1920-s (on the example of the Mordovian nationality)

The article based on archival data deals with the educational process among indigenous peoples of the Volga region. The sources mentioned above are introduced into scientific use for the first time. The author analyzes and estimates governmental policy on overcoming of cultural underdevelopment.
