The aim consisted in studying hydroxyproline content, activity of collagenase like, elastase like proteinase, ƒ2 macroglobulin in intestinal mucous and in blood plasma of patients with intestines issues. 60 patients with ulcer colitis, 42 patients with Crohns disease and 18 patients with irritable bowel syndrome have been examined. It is shown that the hydroxyproline content increase, the activity of elastase like and collagenase like proteinase in blood plasma of patients with irritable bowel syndrome is accompanied by increase in activity of ƒ2 macroglobulin. In destructive diseases degradation of a conjunction tissue is accompanied by the fall in activity of ƒ2 macroglobulin. Deficiency of ƒ2 macroglobulin becomes apparent both in blood plasma, and in intestinal mucous. Using method of logistic regression it is calculated that the hyperactivity of ƒ2 macroglobulin reduces the risk of development of Crohns disease 3,95 times. The hydroxyproline content in intestinal mucous depends on disease severity level which increases in process of disease progressing. Changes are most expressed in Crohns disease in comparison with ulcer colitis.
