Countering digital cartelization in global practice

Бесплатный доступ

If in Russian law digital cartels are understood as cartels created to monopolize only (or predominantly) public (and most often state) procurement, then abroad their activities cover a much wider range of relations. It is concluded that in the competitive environment of foreign states there are changes aimed at digital cartelization of the market by artificial intelligence, and this cartelization manifests itself in the entire commercial turnover – regardless of the territorial and sectoral boundaries of a particular commodity market, it is proposed to borrow some models of antitrust legislation in Russian law.
