Combating domestic violence in Russia: problem analysis

This article discusses the problem of countering domestic violence. For its more complete study, the correlation between the regulation of moral norms and law in relation to Russian realities is made. The analysis of international and foreign experience in the fight against domestic violence is made. As a conclusion, the main reasons for the failure to adopt a systematic NPA to combat domestic violence are highlighted and a list of actions to address these problems is proposed.
