Counteracting corruption in the system of state service of the Russian Federation on the modern stage

The article contains the legal framework of the system of prevention of corruption manifestations. The author points out some problems of the institution of the state service with corruption. The article attempts to show the system of such regulations at the level of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Bashkortostan. The author formulates proposals on improving anti-corruption legislation; proposed specific measures to increase the efficiency of the mechanism of combating corruption in the public service. In particular, the author considers that it is necessary to rationalise the interaction between the various law enforcement agencies involved in the mechanism of combating corruption. For the implementation of such interaction is expedient to develop and adopt the Federal law "About bases of their own security, law enforcement and controlling bodies of the Russian Federation".
