This article analyzes criminal law mechanisms for combating the illegal trafficking of human organs in the Kyrgyz Republic, focusing on the specifics of the national legal framework. The legislation establishes a comprehensive criminal law mechanism for combating violations in the field of transplantation and the illegal trafficking of organs, reflecting contemporary challenges in medical practice and the Kyrgyz Republic’s international obligations to protect life, health, and human dignity. The comprehensive nature of this legislation is reflected in its combination of elements of medical, criminal, and international law, as well as bioethics. It complies with international obligations.
