Counteraction to illicit trafficking in ethyl alcohol, alcohol, alcohol-containing food and alcohol-containing non-food products: some topical theoretical and practical issues

The article deals with some issues of theory and practice of counteraction to illicit trafficking in ethyl alcohol, alcohol, alcohol-containing food and alcohol-containing non-food products. The author makes some proposals on the effective solution of the problem under study and suggests introducing the term "early prevention of alcoholism among minors", drafting and thereafter adopting the Federal Law "On government regulation of early prevention of alcoholism among minors in the Russian Federation".
