The article provides a brief analysis of capital flight and comes to a conclusion that the state should undertake measures to restrain this outflow. The article analyses the major ways of capital withdrawal from Russia in the foreign economic activities. The authors suggest taking steps to improve the active legislation regarding the counteraction of illegal export of capital from Russia.
