Countering the processes of criminalization teenagers in Russia of the second half of the XIX century

The article is devoted to the problem of significant growth of criminalization processes among minors noted in the second half of the XIX century in Russia and the subsequent state-legal reaction expressed in largescale reform of numerous elements of the legal system. The author presents a retrospective analysis of the socio-legal reasons for the increase in the level of juvenile delinquency, which served as an impulse to the emergence of a holistic system of combating to these negative processes.
