The prevailing value as a factor in the dynamics of personal qualities of students

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of relationship between opposing personal values and qualities depending on ecopsychological types of interactions and relations in the process of communication in a training group. The influence of the prevalence of certain values on the dynamics of personal qualities and processes of assimilation or separation in the training group has been established. Examples and interpretation of the predictors of changes in personal qualities of students during training are given. The authors emphasize the importance of considering the symmetric and asymmetric variants of interpersonal heterogeneity psychological characteristics.
