The contradictions of lending to non-financial organizations in the Russian banking system

The article focuses on the use of Bank assets lending to non-financial organizations. Be significantly limiting real participation of the banking sector in the financing of expanded reproduction. This is due to the high level of capital concentration in the largest banks that are controlled, usually by the state. It is proposed to focus on the introduction of digital mechanisms for full and open information-gathering actions of the banks in terms of formation and consolidation of assets on the basis of the blockchain technology and application of artificial intelligence techniques based on neural networks.
